Can it handle multiple sites at the same time?
Yes. That is the main reason firms adopt it. Each site carries its own costing, material and billing position, with a consolidated view across all sites for the owner.
Does it work for contractors as well as builders?
Yes. Builders typically use the site-costing and client-billing side more heavily, contractors the labour, running-bill and certification side. Both are covered.
Can site staff enter data from the site itself?
Where you have connectivity, yes — the system can be accessed from the site rather than requiring everything to be sent to head office first. We set up access levels so site staff only see and enter what is relevant to them.
Can it track material issued to a contractor against their bill?
Yes. Material issued on a contractor's account can be recorded and recovered in their running bill, which is one of the more common sources of leakage.
Will it work with our existing accounting software?
Usually yes. Integration with Tally and similar accounting tools is common, so billing and payment data does not have to be entered twice.
Can we start with one site and expand?
Yes. Most clients start with one or two sites to get the process settled, then roll it out across the rest.
